Peel the walnut and separate only the green skin, chop the carrot into small pieces. Pour the chopped walnuts and carrots into the jar, then pour olive oil to the top of the jar.
Close the jar well and put it in a dark place. Shake the jar from time to time and let it stand for two to three weeks, then strain the resulting product and pour it into the desired packaging.
