Yoga Asana for Men

Combating Baldness with a Holistic Approach
Baldness is a common concern for many men, and while many different factors can contribute to hair loss, incorporating yoga into your routine can be part of a broader holistic approach. Yoga supports circulation, stress reduction, and overall well-being, all of which may indirectly support hair health.
Shirshasana (Headstand)
One of the yoga poses often associated with hair health is Shirshasana, or Headstand. This inversion is traditionally believed to increase blood flow toward the scalp, helping stimulate the hair follicles.

Preparation
Find a clear and comfortable space. Begin kneeling, place your forearms on the floor, interlace your fingers, and set the crown of your head down to create a steady base.
Lifting into the Pose
Lift the knees and walk the feet in toward the torso, bringing the hips above the shoulders. Engage the core for stability and move slowly.
Finding Balance
Carefully lift one foot toward the ceiling, then the other, until the body forms a vertical line. Balance should come gradually and never through force.
Holding the Pose
Once in the pose, breathe steadily and stay only as long as it feels safe and supported. It is best to begin with short holds and increase gradually over time.

While Headstand may offer potential benefits, results vary from person to person. A healthy lifestyle, balanced nutrition, and reduced stress are also important factors.
Yoga is not a magical cure for baldness, but it can be a meaningful supportive practice for overall health, circulation, and calm.
