Join Me for a Free Yoga Lesson - Online and in Nature 🌿🧘‍♀️

Experience the serenity of yoga in nature, honoring the Hindu goddess Aranyani, the goddess of the forests and the animals within them. Aranyani is believed to be the mother of all life in the forest, and her name comes from the word Aranya, which means forest in Sanskrit. She protects the forest and provides nourishment for humankind.

 

This class is designed for both divers and beginners, so no matter your experience level, you’re welcome to join! Whether you’re a diver looking to enhance your breath control and flexibility, or just someone looking to relax and reconnect with nature, this class is for you.

Class Details:

  • When: Every Monday at Noon 

  • Where: Online via Google Meet

  • For Divers & Beginners: Perfect for divers who want to improve their breath and flexibility, as well as beginners who are new to yoga or looking for a gentle practice.

  • Missed a class? Don’t worry! All classes are recorded and will be available to watch at your convenience.

 

Due to weather conditions, any changes in class timing will be communicated in advance. The class will also be recorded indoors if needed.
